Role Overview: You will be joining Narayana Infra as a Telugu Anchor to create engaging content and represent the company across multiple locations including Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Kurnool, Vijayawada, Bangalore, and Anantapur. This full-time position is ideal for individuals starting their career in real estate media, requiring fluent Telugu communication skills and a passion for audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Host live and recorded video segments in Telugu, introducing company offerings and engaging the audience with compelling narratives. - Present at events, launches, and site visits to showcase Narayana Infra's projects in an engaging and informative manner. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to script, rehearse, and perform content aligned with brand messaging and goals. - Interact with potential clients and event attendees, answering questions and providing insightful information about projects. - Maintain consistent on-camera professionalism and prepare thoroughly for each appearance or shoot. - Participate in social media campaigns, live streams, and other digital media initiatives to increase brand outreach. - Adapt content style and tone for different platforms, ensuring effective communication with diverse audience segments. - Manage day-to-day responsibilities such as script preparation, voice modulation exercises, and performance feedback sessions. Qualification Required: - Ability to fluently and confidently communicate in Telugu for anchoring and audience engagement. - Adept at delivering clear and engaging presentations to both live and digital audiences in a confident manner. - Strong ability to interpret, memorize, and deliver scripts naturally and accurately as required for videos and events. - Demonstrate natural comfort and charisma on camera, maintaining audience interest throughout video content. - Excellent command of both spoken and written Telugu to effectively connect with regional audiences. - Capable of independently hosting real estate events, launches, and promotional activities with poise and professionalism. - Skilled in interacting with viewers, responding to queries, and maintaining a lively and interactive environment. - Efficient in managing event timelines, session schedules, and multiple ongoing tasks without compromising quality.,
