Telling calling & Sales

Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. The work also includes handling inbound calls, explaining product features, building customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Successful candidates need strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills to meet sales targets . Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Strong oral and written communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking skills are critical. Skill in convincing customers to buy products or services and achieving sales targets.
