Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. Answer incoming calls and address customer queries or complaints. Provide detailed information about the products/services offered. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and outcomes in the CRM. Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Conduct surveys or feedback calls as required.
