Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers over the phone. You will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow up with leads to convert them into clients.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
