Job Title: Telecaller (Kannada Speaking) – Fresher Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0 – 1 year (Freshers Welcome) Language Requirement: Kannada (Mandatory), Basic English/Tamil (Preferred) Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Kannada and comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients. Explain products/services and address queries in Kannada. Maintain customer records and update the CRM. Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution. Meet daily/weekly calling targets. Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication. Key Requirements: Must be fluent in Kannada (Mandatory). Basic knowledge of English and/or Tamil is an advantage. Good verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and adapt. Basic computer skills. Should be currently based in or willing to relocate to Chennai . Immediate joiners preferred.
