Job Description:
We are urgently looking for a dedicated and polite Telecaller to join our hospital's front-line communication team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient appointments, service inquiries, follow-ups, and other hospital-related communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or feedback collection,
Handle incoming calls related to hospital services, doctors' schedules, and general Inquiries. Schedule and confirm appointments using the hospital's software or system.
Provide accurate information about departments, doctors, timings, and procedures, Coordinate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to hospital protocols.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
