As a candidate for this position, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field with strong communication and practical skills. Your main responsibilities will include: - Making outbound calls to potential clients from our verified lead list. - Explaining visa options such as Study Visa to the clients. - Guiding clients on document requirements and eligibility criteria. - Scheduling consultations with our immigration counsellors. - Achieving daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. - Delivering top-notch customer service and representing our brand with professionalism. In addition to the above, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time. The work schedule is a full-time position with day shift and fixed shift timings. There are performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses available as well. The work location for this position is in person.
