As a candidate with 2 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients from a verified lead list. Your primary duties will include explaining visa options such as Study Visa, guiding clients on document requirements and eligibility criteria, and scheduling consultations with our immigration counsellors. It will be essential for you to achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions while delivering top-notch customer service and representing our brand with professionalism.
