Job Title: Telecaller (Female Candidate)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Female telecaller who is not only skilled in customer communication but also has knowledge of Tally (billing and accounts). The role involves making and receiving calls, coordinating with customers through calls, messages, and emails, as well as handling basic billing and payment records in Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer calls.
• Coordinate with customers via calls, messages, and emails.
• Manage customer queries, provide support, and ensure follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Use Tally software for billing, payment entries, and account updates.
• Support the accounts team with basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and coordination targets.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates apply.
• Qualification: BBA, MBA, MCA, M.Com, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Proficiency in Tally (billing, payment, and accounts knowledge is mandatory).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, CRM preferred).
• Ability to multitask between customer handling and account-related tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
