We are seeking a proactive and efficient Telecaller cum Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position involves handling outbound and inbound calls professionally, as well as assisting in day-to-day operational and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities:Telecalling: Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers and introduce company services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide appropriate information or direct them to the concerned department. Maintain a record of calls and follow-ups. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Assistant Duties: Coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules as directed. Maintain files, records, and relevant documentation in an organized manner. Help with data entry, email communication, and follow-up tasks. Assist in managing daily tasks and priorities for smooth business operations. Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
