*Job Title:* Telecaller (Real Estate)

*Job Summary:*
We're looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team and help generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales. As a Telecaller, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inquiries, and building relationships with potential customers.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Answer inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide information about properties
- Nurture leads, build relationships, and push sales
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and closure
*Must-Haves:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong phone presence and confident voice
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Freshers welcome, training provided
*Preferred:*
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or telemarketing
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or local language
