Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Telecaller Sales position. The Telecaller Sales professional will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our product offerings, and convincing them to meet with our sales team. The role involves lead generation, follow-up calls, and maintaining a customer database. Additionally, the Telecaller Sales professional will be expected to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and overcome customer objections
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecalling tools
  • Basic knowledge of real estate market and property dealing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
