• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products clearly and effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls and follow up on leads regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tellecaller or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a persuasive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Graduate in any stream.
