Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Panaji. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities, managing client portfolios, conducting site visits, and providing roof tile product demonstrations. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include managing sales documentation, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales. Regular travel within the region will be required. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and market analysis Strong negotiation and contract management skills Ability to conduct site visits and provide product demonstrations Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred; however, a non-graduate with the right attitude and skills may be considered. Experience in the construction or roofing industry is a plus Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
