Telesales/Customer Service representative

As a Tele Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct sales activities over the phone, establish connections with potential clients, and meet sales objectives efficiently. You will be expected to proactively reach out to both new and existing customers to showcase our products/services, understand their requirements, and offer appropriate solutions. Meeting and surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators will be a key part of your role. Additionally, maintaining precise records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system will be essential. Handling customer inquiries, pursuing leads, and finalizing sales transactions will be part of your daily tasks. Collaboration with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and boost conversion rates will also be a key aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record in tele sales, call center, or customer service functions. Strong communication skills, the ability to persuade effectively, and adeptness in handling objections and negotiations are crucial. A self-motivated approach with a focus on achieving targets, basic computer proficiency, and familiarity with CRM software are also desired qualities. Fluency in English and Hindi is an advantage.
