As the Team Leader - Tele Sales, you will be responsible for guiding and managing a team of telesales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in developing strategies, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing training to ensure the team delivers top-notch customer service and achieves optimum sales results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on team performance.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales efforts.

Qualification Required

Candidate Must Be Graduate

Salary- 3,36,000 + Incentives (Depends On Interview)
