Telesales Representative

Job Title: Telesales Executive – Insurance (Health & Life)
Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and target-driven Telesales Executives to join our insurance sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience selling Health and Life/Term Insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Health and Life/Term Insurance products.
• Clearly explain policy benefits, terms, and pricing to customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in Health or Life/Term Insurance.
• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Preferred Brands Experience: Niva Bupa, ICICI, Care, Star, etc.
• Added Advantage: In-house insurance telecalling experience.
• Languages:
• Mandatory: English & Hindi + one regional language (Tamil/Kannada/Telugu)
• Multi-language skills preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
