Key duties include: Making outbound calls to leads and existing customers. Presenting and promoting products/services effectively. Identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Following up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
