Telesales Manager - Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with bank branch staff to drive insurance business
• Generate leads from walk-in customers and cross-sell insurance products
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide post-sales service and assist customers with policy servicing
• Ensure 100% adherence to compliance and documentation standards

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telesales, inside Sales, Branch banking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
