Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold lists
Explain products/services and answer customer queries effectively
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads
Handle objections and negotiate to close deals
Provide feedback to the team on customer trends and responses

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software)
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Graduate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
