Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive – Real Estate to join our sales team. As a key member of the telesales department, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, promoting property listings, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the field sales team. Your ability to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively will be essential in driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from provided leads and databases Pitch property offerings clearly and persuasively to generate client interest Qualify leads based on budget, property requirements, and readiness to buy Schedule property site visits and appointments for the sales team Follow up with leads regularly to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, conversations, and client details in the CRM system Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets Handle inbound calls and respond promptly to client inquiries Coordinate with field sales, marketing, and admin teams to ensure seamless client experience Stay informed about current property listings, pricing, promotions, and market trends
