Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive (Telesales), you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, explaining digital marketing services, and converting leads into business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services. Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and follow-ups. Maintain and update the client database (CRM). Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign insights and client feedback.
