Job Description

A demat account telesales job involves making outbound calls to potential clients to explain and sell demat/trading accounts, guiding them through the account opening process, and achieving sales targets Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion: Use provided leads and calling to acquire new clients and convert them into demat account holders.  Product Explanation: Clearly explain demat and trading accounts, as well as other financial products like mutual funds and IPOs, to prospective clients.  Process Guidance: Guide clients through the entire process of opening a demat account, including downloading the mobile application and completing the KYC formalities.  Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer acquisition targets for demat accounts.  Cross-selling: Upsell other financial products to existing or new customers.
