Job Responsibilities : Outbound Calling : Call potential customers from provided leads or databases. Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly. Product Knowledge : Understand various credit card products, eligibility criteria, fees, and offers. Stay updated on bank policies and latest promotional schemes. Customer Interaction : Listen to customer needs and suggest appropriate credit card options. Handle queries, objections, and rejections professionally. Sales Conversion : Convince customers to apply for a credit card. Ensure timely follow-ups and close sales efficiently. Documentation and Compliance : Collect necessary details and ensure accuracy in the application. Follow KYC norms and compliance guidelines strictly. Achieve Targets : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls, responses, and outcomes.
