Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
Call potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers clearly and convincingly.
Product Knowledge:
Understand various credit card products, eligibility criteria, fees, and offers.
Stay updated on bank policies and latest promotional schemes.
Customer Interaction:
Listen to customer needs and suggest appropriate credit card options.
Handle queries, objections, and rejections professionally.
Sales Conversion:
Convince customers to apply for a credit card.
Ensure timely follow-ups and close sales efficiently.
Documentation and Compliance:
Collect necessary details and ensure accuracy in the application.
Follow KYC norms and compliance guidelines strictly.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, responses, and outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
