Key Responsibilities: Call all leads provided by the company on a daily basis Follow up regularly with potential clients to ensure high conversion Share quotations and product/service details through email or WhatsApp Send sample products as required and track delivery Maintain consistent follow-up through WhatsApp or phone calls Coordinate with the team for timely sales recovery and payments Maintain detailed and accurate notes of each lead interaction on the CRM system Be proactive, learn quickly, and adapt to new processes or tools as needed Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and email communication Familiarity with CRM tools (training can be provided) Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to handle follow-ups and manage multiple leads effectively Fluent in [Preferred Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati] Why Join Us?
