Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Explain company products and services clearly to B2B and B2C customers.
Understand customer needs, handle queries and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow-up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and Email.
Convert prospective leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer details, calls and follow-up activities.
Handle customer objections professionally and build positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and business growth.
Provide regular updates on daily calling activities and sales performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
