Job Title: Sales Executive – Outbound Calling

Company: AAFM – American Academy of Financial Management

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
Explain the company's products, services, and offerings to potential customers.
Convince prospects, handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
Follow up with interested leads and convert them into paying customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales outcomes.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Outbound Calling, Telecalling, Telesales, or Inside Sales.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Good English verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Target-oriented approach with a willingness to achieve sales goals.

Job Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
