Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases. Explain products and services (coffee machines, accessories, and beans) in a clear and engaging manner. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with interested customers. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries confidently. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and lead generation targets. Update CRM with call logs, customer details, and follow-up actions. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into confirmed orders. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service (preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle products). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented approach. Good listening skills and ability to handle objections. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Education & Experience:Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. 1–3 years of experience in tele sales or related roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Work Schedule:Days: Monday to Saturday Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
