Job Title: Telecalling Executive Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, interact with potential and existing clients, and generate leads for our business. The Telecalling Executive will play a key role in promoting products/services and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Explain products/services clearly and effectively to potential clients. Maintain a database of calls, leads, and client interactions. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and sales. Address customer queries, complaints, and provide solutions in a timely manner. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement.
