We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Telesales Executive with a confident and beautiful presence — someone who captivates customers with their charm, professionalism, and persuasive communication skills. As a vital part of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales, providing exceptional service over the phone, and representing our brand with elegance and enthusiasm. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services using scripts. Answer questions about products or the company. Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups with patience and positivity. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Keep records of calls and sales, and note useful information. Maintain a friendly, warm, and persuasive tone during all customer interactions. Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve processes and offerings.
