Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, understanding customer needs, and offering appropriate solutions. You will play a key role in increasing revenue by closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products/services. Handle inbound calls from potential or existing customers. Explain product features and benefits to customers. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Address customer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product updates and market trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and telephony software.
