Telesales Executive – Qurocare

Qurocare is hiring a telesales executive to help us connect with patients and clients. The role involves handling phone calls, replying to ad enquiries, and explaining our healthcare services in a simple, friendly way

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to enquiries from ads and promotions.
• Make outbound calls to explain Qurocare’s healthcare and homecare services.
• Communicate with patients and clients in both Malayalam and English.
• Share details of health packages and help clients make bookings.
• Maintain basic records of calls and enquiries.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Basic medical knowledge (to understand and explain services clearly).
• Patient, polite, and people-friendly.
• Computer & phone handling skills.
• Experience in tele sales or customer service
