Job Description: As a Tele-Sales Executive, your role involves making outbound calls to gather feedback from customers on services and identifying interested and non-interested customers. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, attending incoming calls, and addressing client concerns with patience and enthusiasm. It is essential to maintain accurate records of all calls made and received, build positive relationships with prospects, and ensure adherence to information security guidelines.
