Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales or setting appointments for our business. You will be responsible for contacting customers directly by telephone to promote products, services, or gather information. A successful telecaller must be friendly, persuasive, and able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time. Key Responsibilities: Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services. Answer questions about products, services, or the company. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales or set up meetings. Direct prospects to the appropriate teams when needed. Enter and update customer information in the database. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and policies.
