Job Description

Tele caller Pre-Sales Job Profile: We are hiring a smart and hardworking Tele caller for our company. Your main job will be to call potential clients and explain our services for making websites and mobile apps. You will help our sales team by finding new clients and following up with them. Your Role: Make phone calls to people and businesses who might need a website or app. Introduce our company and our services in simple terms. Find out what the customer needs by asking the right questions. Answer their basic questions about our services. Follow up with interested clients to keep the conversation going. Keep a record of all your phone calls and customer information on the computer. Hand over strong leads to the sales team. Achieve your daily and monthly targets for making calls and finding leads. Your Skills and Qualifications: You should be a graduate (any field). You should speak fluent Hindi and Marathi, with good English communication skills. You must know how to use a computer for basic work like typing and saving information. You should be a good listener and good at convincing people. You should be a quick learner. You should be friendly and patient while talking to customers. Experience: Prior experience in tele calling or sales is helpful, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. We will train you for the job. Work Details: Job Type: Full-Time. Location: Tilak road, Pune, Maharashtra.
