Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tele Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer queries, generating leads, and assisting in client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to maintain professional relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and follow-ups.
• Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Convert qualified leads into appointments or sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Explain company offerings, plans, and promotions clearly and persuasively.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for smooth lead handovers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tele Executive, Telecaller, or Customer Support Executive (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
