Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Telesales Executive (Female) with at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and closing deals over the phone. Candidates with experience in a marketing agency will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Promote company services and solutions to prospective clients.
• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and offer appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, or other communication platforms.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and sales.
• Maintain a strong database of contacts and interactions using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client onboarding.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or direct sales.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or service-based company is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle rejections professionally.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates preferred as per team diversity requirements.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vyttila, Kochi.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
