Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales.
• Respond to incoming calls and handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Clearly explain products or services and their benefits to potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Handle objections and rejections with confidence and professionalism.
• Work closely with the sales team and other departments to support business goals.
• Upsell or cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
