Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify potential clients via cold calling, referrals, and online research
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales teams
  • Sales Conversion
  • Present freight services (air, sea, customs clearance, warehousing) to prospects
  • Negotiate rates and service terms within company guidelines
  • Close sales and ensure proper documentation and onboarding
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell services
  • Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Update CRM with call logs, lead status, and conversion details
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth service delivery
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of telesales experience, ideally in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (regional languages a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
