About the job:

 The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential or existing customers, explaining products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or set appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.  Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to admission inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.Explain the schools academic programs, co-curricular activities, facilities, admission criteria, and policies to prospective parents and students.Schedule and conduct school tours and orientation sessions.Manage and maintain accurate records of all inquiries, applications, and enrollment data.Assist applicants throughout the application process including form submission, document verification, and entrance assessments.Coordinate with teaching and administrative staff for interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications.Participate in school open houses, education fairs, and marketing events.Maintain a high level of customer service and handle concerns or objections effectively.Follow up with prospective families at different stages of the admission pipeline.Support marketing and promotional efforts to increase school visibility and enrollment.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, or customer service preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.Preferred Qualities:Warm and welcoming personality.Multilingual skills (optional, depending on region).Knowledge of local education regulations and admission guidelines.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
