Job Description

Handle telecalling for leads from IndiaMART, Justdial, and Website inquiries. Make outbound calls and respond to inbound leads to explain products (Hair Patches, Wigs, Weft Bundles, Clip-ins, etc.). Greet and assist walk-in clients at the office, showcase products physically. Follow up with potential clients via WhatsApp & calls, and maintain sales records. Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing in client’s regional language. Build rapport with salon owners, distributors, and retail customers across India. Maintain lead database and convert inquiries into sales. Coordinate with sales & delivery teams for smooth client servicing. Requirements: Strong communication & convincing skills. Confident, outgoing, and polite in handling customers. Comfortable working on sales targets (incentive-based role). Able to manage both tele calling and in-person client demos. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Calls, and Excel. Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Performance Based) Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Who Can Apply: Candidates with prior telecalling/sales experience preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
