Job Description

Position Overview:

motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on inquiries.
Explain Eye Mantras services and treatment options in a clear, professional manner.
Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the clinic team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting patient relationships.

Requirements:

Minimum
12th pass
or
Graduate
in any discipline.
01 years
of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (healthcare experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Fluency in
English and Hindi
is required.
