Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹16,000 per month + Incentives

Education: 12th Pass

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Credit Card or Loan Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic individuals to join our telesales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services through outbound calls to potential customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and promote credit card products and loan services.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable financial solutions.

Maintain and update customer records in CRM software.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively to close deals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Provide feedback and suggestions for product/service improvements to the team.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, particularly in credit card or loan sales.

Strong communication skills in Hindi/English.

Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.

Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Knowledge of financial products (credit cards, loans) is a plus.

Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.

Education & Experience:

Minimum education requirement: 12th Pass.

At least 6 months of prior experience in credit card or loan sales is required.

Experience in handling objections and turning them into successful sales.
