Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female) – Cosmetics & Beauty Location: Cosmetic Palace,Itwari Working Hours: [e.g., 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM] Job Description: We are looking for a Telesales Executive (Female) with good knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products. The ideal candidate should have prior telecalling experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into sales. Key Responsibilities: Call potential and existing customers to inform them about our beauty and cosmetic products. Convince and close clients by explaining offers, new arrivals, and promotions. Maintain strong follow-up with customers to ensure sales conversion and satisfaction. Coordinate with clients for inquiries, product selection, and after-sales support. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update reports regularly. Requirements: Prior experience in telesales or customer handling (preferred in beauty/cosmetic industry). Basic Excel Good communication and convincing skills. Passion for beauty, makeup, and cosmetic products. Positive attitude, patience, and target-oriented mindset. Salary: 8-12 k plus incentive
