Job Summary:
We are hiring TeleSales Associates for the GPDE Digital Project. This role involves making outbound calls, generating leads, scheduling meetings for Sales Manager, and supporting field sales partners. This is a pure commission-based role with no fixed salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to Panchayat contacts
• Generate leads and explain GPDE project
• Fix appointments for Sales Manager / Channel Partner
• Maintain WhatsApp communication
• Update daily calling sheet
• Follow-up on interested leads

Skills Required:

• Good communication
• Basic calling ability
• Mobile phone, WhatsApp
• Follow-up discipline

Compensation: Basic+Incentive
Basic - 6000+Earn ₹200–₹300 per token closure

• Monthly performance bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,032.41 per month
