Telesales Associate in Delhi, Dwarka, Gurgaon, Noida

We are hiring full-time professionals to support U.S. residential customers through outbound voice campaigns. This role focuses on educating customers about fixed-rate electricity and gas plans, addressing questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process while following strict U.S. compliance standards. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working night shifts and want long-term growth in international sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound voice calls to U.S. residential customers
• Explain fixed-rate energy plans in a clear, confident, and customer-friendly manner
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Guide interested customers through the enrollment process
• Update customer details, call outcomes, and notes in CRM systems
• Follow approved scripts, quality standards, and U.S. telemarketing regulations
• Improve call effectiveness and conversion rates through ongoing feedback

Work Setup & Training

• Training duration: 12 weeks (Paid, remote)
• Post-training: On-site work required at Vasant Kunj, Delhi
• Future location: Office relocation planned to Dwarka, Delhi by Spring/Summer 2026 (Applicants must be comfortable working from both locations)
  

Working Schedule (India Time)

• Fixed night shift aligned to U.S. business hours 6:30 PM IST 3:00 AM IST
• Monday to Friday
• Optional weekend shifts based on performance
