Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:Telesales Executives generate leads through cold calling, identifying potential customers and qualifying them for sales opportunities.
  • Sales Presentations:They present products or services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Relationship Building:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is crucial for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Taking and Processing:They process orders and ensure accurate information is captured and communicated to relevant departments.
  • Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service is vital, including addressing queries, resolving complaints, and following up with customers.
  • Sales Targets:Telesales Executives work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
  • Reporting:They create and present sales reports to sales managers, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Staying Updated:Keeping up-to-date with the latest product information, sales techniques, and industry trends is essential.
