Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily incoming enquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, website, WhatsApp, and direct calls.
Call leads within 10–15 minutes of receipt to ensure maximum conversion chances.
Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and order potential.
Share company profile, product catalog, price lists, and offers via WhatsApp/email.
Maintain accurate lead data in CRM / Lead Manager and update status (Hot, Warm, Cold).
Schedule follow-ups (Day 3, Day 7, Day 15) and ensure no enquiry is missed.
Coordinate with Business Development Executive for bulk/serious distributors.
Provide daily and weekly enquiry reports to management.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Meet monthly sales targets (number of orders/clients acquired).

Key Requirements

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Business background).
1–3 years of telesales/telecalling experience (B2B sales preferred, Pharma/ FMCG/ Ayurveda industry experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English.
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Email, and CRM tools.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
Target-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Fixed Salary: ₹7000 to ₹8000 per month (based on experience).
