Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and order potential. Share company profile, product catalog, price lists, and offers via WhatsApp/email. Maintain accurate lead data in CRM / Lead Manager and update status (Hot, Warm, Cold). Schedule follow-ups (Day 3, Day 7, Day 15) and ensure no enquiry is missed. Coordinate with Business Development Executive for bulk/serious distributors. Provide daily and weekly enquiry reports to management.
